After moving west from Cape Breton, he established himself in Alberta’s energy and industrial environment. The experience shaped a direct, grounded approach to leadership—one that respects field realities and keeps commercial decisions connected to actual customer needs.
Over time, that same perspective expanded into employment platforms, digital businesses and media work that brought attention to the people behind Alberta’s industrial economy.
